Pulled Pork & Coleslaw Bundles

Casual pulled pork and coleslaw are served in elegant puff pastry shells to make this absolutely scrumptious dish perfect for parties or family dinners.  Using prepared pulled pork makes this recipe a breeze!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups refrigerated fully- cooked pulled pork, warmed
  • 1 package (10 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Shells, prepared according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup creamy deli coleslaw
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Spoon 1/3 cup pulled pork into each pastry shell. Top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
