1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 cup drained diced canned peaches in light syrup

1 package (9.5 ounces) Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions

1/2 cup whipped topping
-
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Directions
Heat the butter in an 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and lemon juice and cook and stir for 1 minute. Add the peaches and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove the skillet from the heat.
Spoon the peach mixture into the pastry cups. Top with the whipped topping and sprinkle with the pecans.
