Mini Cheeseburger Cups

Your kids will love helping create these adorable mini cheeseburgers. Kid-favorite ketchup is spooned into puff pastry cups and then filled with mini meatballs that are topped with cheese. 2 minutes in the oven you’ve got delicious little burgers that are guaranteed to delight!

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
  • 24 mini beef meatballs(1/4-ounce each), prepared according to package directions
  • 6 slices American cheese or Cheddar cheese, cut in quarters
  • 12 slices kosher dill pickle, cut in half

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.  Spoon 1/4 teaspoon ketchup into each pastry cup.  Place 1 mini meatball into each pastry cup.  Top each with 1 quarter slice cheese.

  2. Bake for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.  Top with the pickle slices.

  3. Flavor Variation: You can substitute sriracha ranch for the ketchup.  Mix 2 tablespoons ranch dressing and 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce.
