Ingredients
1 package (12.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Raspberry Turnovers
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
or
bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon orange -flavored liqueur (like Grand Marnier® or Triple Sec)
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Directions
Bake the turnovers according to the package directions.
Heat the chocolate and cream in a 1-quart saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth, stirring often. Stir the liqueur in saucepan, if desired.
Cut
each
turnover into
thirds
. Place
1
turnover piece into
each
of
4
dessert dishes. Top
each
with
1/4 cup
ice cream,
1 tablespoon
chocolate sauce and another turnover piece. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
